Import a kit with kitserver:
At first you have to download the kit you want to import in PES 2013. In this case we want to import the 2012/13 kit of Everton FC. Download the Everton FC Kit by Cuky here. If you downloaded the files, extract them and copy them to "[Your PES 2013 install directory]\kitserver13\GDB\uni\Club\Premier League\Everton". (If this folder doesn't exist, create it). Go to "[Your PES 2013 install directory]\kitserver13\GDB\uni" and open map.txt. If the line 177, "Club\Premier League\Everton" does not exist write it down under #Premier League. 177 is the team ID which can be found in PES 2013 Editor by wild@ (picture).

PESEdit.com 2013 Patch 3.5 adds Swiss Raiffeiesen Super League,
including 8 new teams with correct squads, lineups, kits & stadiums
and Argentinian Primera B Nacional with 3 new teams with correct squads,
lineups, kits & stadiums. You can use Swiss Super League by
switching it on it selector. It will replace Eredivisie, but you can
always revert back to the Dutch league, and also select Greek, Russian
and Turkish leagues.

Download Patch 3.4 PES 2013 Released!
PESEdit.com 2013 Patch 3.4 improves the 2nd divisions' gameplay by adding 10 all-new 2nd division sides to the patch, including up-to-date squads, lineups, kits and player faces as well as correct boots for most players. This increases team numbers to 22 for Npower Championship (22 is max number, can't have 24 as IRL), 22 for Serie bwin (full), and 16 for Ligue 2 (6 new teams!).
