How to use:

1. Extract all files
2. Run StartscreenSwitcher.exe (always run as admin for win7 or win8)
3. Browse for dt06.img then click save (ex: C:\Program Files(x86)\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2013\kitserver13\pesedit\img\dt06.img)
4. Select wallpaper on the list
5. Hit Apply
